Who this applies to

This policy covers axiogridsystems.com and describes how AxioGrid Systems Pvt. Ltd ("AxioGrid", "we", "us") handles information collected through this site. It does not cover data handled inside a client engagement, which is governed by that engagement's own contract.

What we collect

When you submit the contact or project-scoping form, we collect:

• Your full name
• Work email address
• Organisation name
• The service area you selected and your project description

We do not use cookies for advertising or tracking on this site, and we do not run third-party analytics that build a profile of individual visitors.

How we use it

Submitted information is used only to respond to your enquiry — to understand the project, schedule a call, or send a proposal. We do not sell it, rent it, or share it with third parties for their own marketing.

How it's stored

Form submissions are delivered to a small internal team via email and, where relevant, kept as part of the resulting engagement record. We keep enquiry records only for as long as reasonably useful for follow-up and our own record-keeping obligations, and delete them on request.

Your rights

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing admin@axiogridsystems.com. We'll respond within two business days.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes materially, we'll update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
