Scope

These terms govern your use of axiogridsystems.com. They don't cover the delivery of any software, consulting, or support engagement with AxioGrid Systems Pvt. Ltd ("AxioGrid") — that's governed by the separate statement of work or master services agreement signed for that engagement.

Using this site

This site is provided to give you information about AxioGrid's services, past work, and a way to get in touch. You may browse it and submit enquiries through the contact form. You may not attempt to disrupt the site, scrape it at volume, or use it to submit fraudulent or abusive content.

Content & intellectual property

The text, design, and case-study descriptions on this site belong to AxioGrid unless otherwise credited. Client names and case studies are published with the relevant client's permission; if you believe a reference is inaccurate or should be removed, contact us and we'll correct it.

No warranty on site availability

We aim to keep this site available and accurate but don't guarantee uninterrupted access or that every figure and case study is current at all times. Nothing on this site constitutes a binding quote — pricing and scope for any engagement are set out in a signed statement of work.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, AxioGrid is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website. This does not limit liability arising from a signed client contract, which is governed by that contract's own terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Nepal. Any dispute arising from use of this website is subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Kathmandu.

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
